I’ve always wanted to ask Doug Wilson…

Do you have a question that you’d like to ask Pastor Wilson? If so, we’d love to hear it. While we don’t anticipate being able to get to them all, we’ll grab selected questions each week and see what he has to say. The more your question asks for principals (rather than situation specific advice), the more helpful it will be to a broad audience and therefore the more likely we are to throw it at Doug.  So go ahead, ask by submitting a comment to this post (and feel free to leave the contact info blank – it is not required)…

    What is your view of the doctrine of Theosis (Eastern Orthodox soteriology)? Does John Calvin and Jonathan Edwards hold to a similar view (as I sometimes hear)?

    Pastor Wilson: do James 5:16, Acts 19:18, Proverbs 28:13, and Job 31:33-37 require us to confess our sins publically? If so, why? If not, then how often and to whom should we confess our sins?

    I’d love to hear your comments on the recent state laws requiring ultra-sounds for pregnant women prior to having abortions.

    What is your view of home loans? In another video you mention that you object to “debt slavery.” What is wise/appropriate/biblical with regards to borrowing money from banks?
