This is so true. All my life i’ve been chasing after the barbie dolls, and rejecting the sweet but not so pretty girls. One time i was really angry and depressed because of a fight with my Dad and i talked about it with a barbie doll type of girl that i was dating and she was not there for me at all, she was immature, didnt really care. Yet the not so pretty women were like Mothers and sisters, they were warm and loving. This is back during middle school.
